Responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility, code analysis, zoning review, and space programming
• Manage permitting across jurisdictions including building, fire life safety, ADA, and zoning variances
• Coordinate civil engineers, FLS specialists, and local architects of record
• Research and spec furniture, equipment, and branded materials (FF&E)
• Build design standards, vendor lists, and product catalogs for multi-location rollout
• Execute value engineering to optimize budgets without compromising student experience

Requirements

• 5+ years in architectural project management, interior design, or related fields
• Experience managing projects from design through construction
• Deep knowledge of building codes, ADA, fire life safety, and zoning
• Proficiency in 3D Modeling Software, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Autodesk Revit, or Bluebeam
• Experience with project management tools like Asana
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building design standards or prototypes for multi-location rollouts
• Background in schools, retail, or hospitality sectors
