Art Director / Designer — UAE (Dubai) — Contract (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction for brand and campaign work from concept through production
• Develop and maintain cohesive design systems and visual identities
• Create logo concepts, branding assets, and comprehensive design guidelines
• Execute and oversee production of creative deliverables across print, digital and social
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and external vendors to ensure quality and deadlines
• Present concepts and refinements to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure creative consistency
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio-level design thinking

Requirements

• 4+ years experience
• Portfolio required
• Brand direction

• Figma expertise
• Adobe CC
• Campaign experience
• UAE residency
