Artiva Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, executive, and compliance-related reports
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries using InterSystems Caché SQL
• Work extensively with the Artiva debt collections platform for reporting and analytics
• Engage with business users and executives to gather and document requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
• Provide ongoing stakeholder support and ensure reporting accuracy
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to federal standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
• Required experience with the Artiva debt collection platform
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, specifically InterSystems Caché SQL
• Experience producing operational, executive, and compliance reports
• Proven ability to gather requirements from business users and executives
• US Citizenship and ability to pass security clearances
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
