Assistant Franchise Manager - Middle East, Levant & Southeast Asia

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive franchise performance across the Middle East, Levant, and Southeast Asia
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and review targets/KPIs
• Place, recommend and follow up on franchise orders; liaise with Customer Service for B2B requests
• Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with franchise partners
• Prepare and support store openings and setup activities
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operations and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines
• Frequent travel across the designated region; report to the Franchise Director (based in Hong Kong)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years retail
• Luxury/fashion experience
• Franchise management
• Retail sales management
• KPI analysis
• Order management
• Store operations
• Frequent travel ready
• English fluent
• Arabic desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with franchise partners across Middle East or Southeast Asia
• Background in luxury jewellery, fashion or beauty retail
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field
