Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive franchise performance across the Middle East, Levant, and Southeast Asia
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and review targets/KPIs
- Place, recommend and follow up on franchise orders; liaise with Customer Service for B2B requests
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with franchise partners
- Prepare and support store openings and setup activities
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operations and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines
- Frequent travel across the designated region; report to the Franchise Director (based in Hong Kong)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years retail
- Luxury/fashion experience
- Franchise management
- Retail sales management
- KPI analysis
- Order management
- Store operations
- Frequent travel ready
- English fluent
- Arabic desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with franchise partners across Middle East or Southeast Asia
- Background in luxury jewellery, fashion or beauty retail
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field
