Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner across all departments providing practical legal guidance
• Own the contracting function end-to-end, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements
• Build scalable legal infrastructure to support company growth
• Ensure compliance as the company expands
• Interface with outside counsel
• Monitor regulatory developments in healthcare and AI
• Support board governance and corporate policy work

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one US state
• 4-7 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts
• Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Ability to communicate clear, actionable guidance in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS
• Experience with data licensing
• Experience with healthcare-adjacent regulations
