Assistant ICT

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents related to IT systems
• Provide high-quality daily technical support to users
• Install, test, maintain, and service IT equipment
• Administer and regularly update the ICT equipment inventory
• Ensure system security, backup management, and software/antivirus updates in accordance with Head Office directives
• Ensure availability and performance of internet connections and network infrastructures (Wi-Fi, VSAT, VHF/HF, etc.)
• Train and support users on basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Produce weekly and monthly ICT activity reports
• Comply strictly with internal policies, SOPs, and hierarchical instructions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related discipline
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a network technician or in a similar role
• Fundamental knowledge of IT and networking
• Strong organizational skills and rigor in following established procedures
• Communication skills with ability to write reports
• Team spirit and ability to work in isolated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA+ or Cisco (CCNA) certifications
• Proficiency in English
