Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified deal flow
  • Build and manage cold outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn
  • Own day-to-day management of HubSpot, including workflows and list segmentation
  • Write and edit blog content, thought leadership, and market commentary
  • Manage on-page and technical SEO and digital PR outreach
  • Build in-house AI tools and automation pipelines using LLM platforms like Claude and ChatGPT
  • Plan and optimize Google Ads and other performance marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on marketing performance using GA4 and HubSpot
  • Manage organic social media presence on LinkedIn and X/Twitter
  • Coordinate partner operations including lead distribution and follow-up

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and cold outreach
  • Strong SEO fundamentals and familiarity with AEO/GEO/LLM optimization
  • Experience managing Google Ads and performance marketing budgets
  • Excellent written communication skills with a content portfolio
  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with campaign data and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in M&A, investment banking, PE/VC, or business brokerage marketing
  • Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience creating marketing collateral for technical or advisory audiences
  • Experience building internal AI tools or custom agents with Claude Code or custom GPTs
