Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Strategy

• Support the development of sales plans and strategies.
• Assist in setting monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance against targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales growth.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze sales data and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide insights to management for decision-making.

Forecasting & Budgeting

• Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning.
• Support budget preparation and sales projections.
• Monitor revenue performance and profitability.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in sales planning, sales analysis, or business development.
• Experience in UAE market is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution sector.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ERP software.
• MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.
