Assistant Vice President Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Finance Operations functions
• Drive continuous improvement, consistency, and operational excellence
• Lead modernization initiatives using digital transformation, automation, and AI
• Benchmark internal performance against industry standards and integrate best practices
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
• Build collaborative relationships with leaders in Finance and throughout the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Operations
• 3+ years of experience in Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Leadership
• Proficiency in Data Analytics
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow tools
• Expertise in process mapping and reengineering (Lean, Six Sigma)
