Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle to bring vintage buyers and sellers onto Alt
  • Source new consignors and collectors in the vintage space through daily hunting
  • Build trusted relationships with serious collectors to drive consignments and trades
  • Provide product feedback regarding auction formats, pricing tools, and seller workflows
  • Manage the full sales process including prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing pipeline
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong communication skills for customer and internal team interaction
  • Deep passion and knowledge of vintage trading cards (e.g., pre-war baseball, '50s Bowman, T206s)
