Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering information and coordinating internal resources
  • Maintain client order guides, product mappings, and SKU data
  • Support Account Managers by preparing client reports and summarizing data insights
  • Monitor accounts for pricing discrepancies, missing invoices, and mapping errors
  • Process routine data tasks including data entry and spreadsheet cleanup
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and Teams
  • Use CRM systems like Salesforce to log activity and track requests
  • Manage claims and exceptions by collecting documentation and tracking resolution
  • Analyze market intelligence such as USDA pricing and weather impacts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through purchasing history analysis

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account support
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in foodservice, distribution, or produce
