Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight
  • Collaborate with the Senior Partner Account Manager on recurring client tasks
  • Project manage campaign execution to ensure all campaign requirements and timelines are met
  • Generate and analyze detailed campaign reporting and suggest optimization strategies
  • Work with data scientists to craft narratives and prove customer value through business reviews
  • Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices and onboarding
  • Nurture long-term client relationships and strategic alignment

Requirements

  • 1+ years in account management
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time and process management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights
  • Experience presenting data analyses and partner business reviews
  • Ability to communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau or other database visualization tools
