Associate Account Strategist

About the Company

Donut Studios is an in-house creative studio at New Engen, purpose-built to craft high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for ambitious brands. We are a collaborative group of strategists, creators, and managers working to help brands thrive through performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Strategists with day-to-day client communication and meeting preparation
• Maintain project documentation, account resources, and internal trackers
• Track deliverables across multiple campaigns and coordinate project intake
• Monitor project progress to identify timeline risks or potential blockers
• Review assets to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards
• Collaborate with Project Management, Creative Strategy, and production teams

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or marketing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with project management platforms like Asana
• Ability to work in a remote environment across multiple time zones
• Must reside or work within the Eastern Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to creative production, content, video, or design workflows
• Experience with Frame.io, Figma, Airtable, Workfront, or Box
• Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, or technology clients
• Experience supporting paid media or growth marketing programs
