Donut Studios is an in-house creative studio at New Engen, purpose-built to craft high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for ambitious brands. We are a collaborative group of strategists, creators, and managers working to help brands thrive through performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and day-to-day account operations
• Coordinate creative workflows, assets, and project timelines
• Translate campaign performance metrics into actionable insights
• Support creative testing and landing page optimization efforts
• Prepare and quality assure client-facing reports and presentations
• Capture meeting notes and track action items to ensure stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• Digital marketing knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for client and team interaction
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends
