Responsibilities

• Meet with billing teams to train them on billing best practices and assist in their transition to Prompt
• Assist in teaching submission, posting, invoicing, and AR best practices
• Understand unique team needs to help configure and develop workflows within the EMR/PM system
• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to respond to customer inquiries via the help desk
• Act as a customer champion by providing ongoing support and finding solutions to inquiries
• Utilize reporting and spreadsheet manipulation to guide customers through billing success metrics
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering value and exceeding expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years in the medical billing industry
• Experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics
• Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including occasional work outside normal hours
• Self-motivated with the ability to own individual workload
