Responsibilities

• Define business problems and ensure analyses inform critical decisions
• Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to move key business metrics
• Design experiments and surface data insights for embedded business units
• Provide actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams
• Drive outcomes end-to-end within specific domains like Growth, Product, AI, or Partnerships

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data independently
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership
• Proficiency with tools like SQL, Python, or Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub
