Associate Category Leader - EMEA Packaging

Responsibilities

• Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers
• Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement
• Manage claims and perform commercial sourcing management including data analysis
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and communicate design and coordination services

Requirements

• Significant experience in Sourcing
• Experience in All 7 steps of sourcing
• Fluent English
• Outstanding business partnerships building

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP or Power BI skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Established project management skills
