Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager to uncover opportunities to improve client care
• Manage complex medical issues and coordinate care by facilitating best diagnostic and therapeutic options
• Work with clinical and research teams to identify latest therapies, medications, and clinical trials
• Network with key opinion leaders to build relationships that facilitate best care for clients
• Manage other clinical staff as it relates to specific cases or service lines
• Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and families

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in state of residence
• Active board certification in at least one state
• 5+ years of APP clinical experience managing complex medical issues
• Experience in multi-disciplinary environments requiring critical thinking
• Exceptional executive written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency navigating various tech platforms for documentation and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in complex care management or oncology-related clinical settings
