Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical lead for client engagements, guiding patients and families through complex care decisions
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care recommendations to improve outcomes
• Analyze complex medical cases to identify gaps and advanced care pathways
• Build and leverage relationships with internal experts and external key opinion leaders
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including PhD researchers and care coordinators
• Stay current on emerging therapies, treatments, and clinical research
• Provide guidance and direction to other clinical team members on specific cases

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active licensure in your home state
• At least two years of experience managing complex medical cases
• Experience in oncology and/or hematology
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
• Proficiency with technology for documentation and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience spanning oncology alongside another complex specialty
