Associate - Cost Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organisational standards
• Manage project services using Workbench and other relevant systems
• Function as Project Manager on up to three active projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to foster strong relationships
• Ensure client approval for scope changes and maintain contractual compliance
• Brief and guide project teams on roles and responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the performance of direct reports and provide mentorship
• Allocate and manage resources effectively within budget constraints
• Ensure timely cash collection in accordance with contract terms
• Benchmark project data to support cost planning and value engineering
• Maintain accountability for project deliverables and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with internal Project Delivery Standards (PDS) and quality assurance protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years post graduate experience on Masterplanning or Infrastructure projects
• MRICS accreditation or currently working towards it
