Associate - Cost Management

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management excellence across high-profile construction projects
• Conduct surveys to ascertain locations of natural and human-made structures
• Operate and manage land-information computer systems
• Review survey data regarding distances, directions, angles, and elevations
• Research legal records and analyze data to determine boundary lines
• Record survey results, verify accuracy, and prepare plots, maps, and reports
• Solve complex problems of diverse scope

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in cost management within construction
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Dubai or the Middle East
• Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or equivalent professional certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Aviation sector
