Associate CSM (Performance Marketing Expert) - Hybrid in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Work as strategic partners to clients, big e-commerce retailers, and help them scale their digital promotions and commercial activities.
• Responsible for the full customer cycle - from onboarding to regular business reviews and renewals.
• Provide tailor-made analytical and business insights to support clients in elevating their ROAS, ROI, and revenue.
• Assigned a portfolio of clients mainly from Middle East, Africa, India, and partly from Europe.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success or Account Manager within the Performance Marketing environment.
• Passion for Marketing Technology with knowledge about Google and Meta Ads.
• Fluent English is needed, other languages (Arabic, Hindi) are welcome.
• Based in Dubai and willing to commute to the JLT Office.
