Responsibilities
- Project management
- Works well with internal teams including Support, Product, Sales & Engineering
- Have a good knowledge of Deel services
- Set up outreach campaigns for customer base
- Preventing and eliminating churn
- Growing relationships with clients and promoting their growth at Deel
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success
- Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries
- Experience working in a remote team
- Fintech or HR tech experience
- Fluent in Italian or Portuguese
