Responsibilities

• Project management
• Works well with internal teams including Support, Product, Sales & Engineering
• Have a good knowledge of Deel services
• Set up outreach campaigns for customer base
• Preventing and eliminating churn
• Growing relationships with clients and promoting their growth at Deel

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success
• Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries
• Experience working in a remote team
• Fintech or HR tech experience
• Fluent in Italian or Portuguese
