Associate Customer Success Manager (Meta Ads Expert)

Description

Responsibilities

• Work as associate partners to e-commerce retailers to make their businesses more profitable.
• Responsible for the full customer cycle: from onboarding the client into our SaaS platform, through strategies and success, providing analytical and business insight to elevate their ROI and revenue.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in running Google and Meta Ads.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account or Customer Success Manager within the Performance Marketing environment.
• Business acumen and data analytics skills.
• Must be managing customers in South Asia Market currently or in the past.
• English and Hindi language proficiency.
