Associate Customer Success Manager (Performance Marketing Expert)

Description We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with extensive experience in performance marketing and online advertising, passionate about helping clients discover and promote their top products while utilizing and contributing to the development of our unique SaaS solution. It's a hybrid setup where you balance working from home and in our JLT Office. Responsibilities include working as associate partners to our e-commerce retailers, leveraging your Performance Marketing expertise for the full customer cycle, and more. Requirements include hands-on experience in running Google and Meta Ads, a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account or Customer Success Manager within the Performance Marketing environment, business acumen, and data analytics.
