Responsibilities

• Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit
• Analyze data to support business teams in making data-driven decisions
• Package and present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
• Enhance essential operational and analytical dashboards
• Identify opportunities to create models and tools to identify healthcare inefficiencies
• Collaborate across the organization to monitor initiative impact
• Support strategic projects as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools
• 3+ years experience working with large datasets and distilling insights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting to leadership
• 3+ years experience in SQL (CTEs, aggregation, filtering) or proficiency in R/Python (Pandas, statistical tests)
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards with Looker or other BI tools
• 3+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested if statements)
• 1+ years experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in healthcare analytics and reporting
• 2+ years experience managing value-based contracts (ACO, CIN, MSO)
• Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA marketplace, or population health
