Associate DeFi Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users
• Identify and generate new stETH and stVaults integration and collaboration opportunities
• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle for assigned accounts
• Lead collaborations and integrations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Source incentives for stETH growth and prepare proposals for approvals
• Monitor daily news and happenings in DeFi and TradFi

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in ecosystem, growth, or integration roles in blockchain or TradFi
• Proven track record of managing partnership opportunities from exploration to completion
• Multi-year experience using onchain products
• Deep understanding of Ethereum staking products (liquid staking, restaking, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical crypto knowledge
• Ability to read and understand integration documentation (SDK, API)
