About the Company

Hook is a Creative Production Agency. With a collaborative, maker-centric team, and an emphasis on production-led design, we develop creative campaigns, short-form content, and websites for well known brands.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage original, persuasive, and visually compelling design work including layout, typography, and brand identity
• Lead projects focusing on complex brand campaigns and storytelling through motion design
• Provide mentorship to design staff to accelerate skill progression
• Communicate brand narratives through storyboards and styleframes
• Partner with motion leads to streamline processes and create efficient working environments
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and pixel-perfect delivery
• Participate in client presentations and concept development

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an advertising agency or recognized brand
• High level of craftsmanship in design and brand development solutions
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours around PST
• Interest in eventually growing into a people manager role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with tech brands
• Knowledge of AI image generation tools
• Proficiency in Prototyping, Webflow, After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D
