Associate Director, Corporate Accounting

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership through financial analysis
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for accurate financial reporting
• Consolidate financial results in accordance with GAAP and USALI
• Enhance and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and controls
• Lead annual audit processes in collaboration with internal and external teams
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Partner with accounting teams to streamline reconciliations and record-keeping
• Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial management roles
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA)
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams
• Proficiency in NetSuite or Google Workspace
