Responsibilities

• Execute a robust market research and insight generation plan for envudeucitinib’s launch in psoriasis
• Drive agile execution of market research initiatives while adhering to company policies
• Act as the voice of the customer to answer business questions and synthesize learnings for leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on study objectives and brand strategies
• Integrate market research with forecasting, secondary data, competitive intelligence, and market access
• Support the development of the annual market research plan and budget

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct market research experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience with product launches in competitive markets (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch)
• Experience as a member of a commercial launch or brand team
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and challenge internal assumptions
• Experience integrating insights across multiple sources to impact commercial tactics
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts
• Ability to manage third-party vendors effectively within budget and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
• Graduate degree is a plus
