Associate Director, Medical Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical marketing initiatives to support the scientific positioning and commercialization of DT120
• Lead KOL engagement strategy, including identification, segmentation, and relationship development
• Manage advisory board planning, execution, and insight capture
• Support medical congress strategy, including sponsorships, exhibits, and symposia
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Regulatory teams
• Direct external agency partners and vendors for speaker programs and scientific communications
• Synthesize insights from KOL interactions and market intelligence to inform brand strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Experience in medical marketing, medical affairs operations, or scientific communications
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations regarding scientific exchange and promotional activities
• Experience managing KOL engagement, advisory boards, and medical congresses
• Ability to travel 20–30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• U.S. pharmaceutical market launch experience
• Experience in CNS, psychiatry, or specialty pharmaceutical categories
• Experience with REMS products or novel treatment delivery models
