Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set and own the agency partnership strategy across UAE, KSA and Egypt, targeting major groups (Publicis, OMG, Havas, MCN/FP7, GroupM).
  • Build annual commercial agreements (JBPs), reseller/rep models and multi-market expansion plans.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a cross‑market agency partnerships team; establish operating rhythm, success metrics, and governance.
  • Drive enterprise-level revenue by scaling agency-led buying and building playbooks for multimillion-dollar growth.
  • Provide strategic product feedback to Product, Measurement, Creative Ops and Finance to shape ad formats, measurement and reporting.
  • Champion agency demand for pilots and innovation; act as a founding leader shaping Careem Ads’ GTM, narrative and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building reseller or agency ecosystems at scale (platforms or agency groups).
  • Background with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon Ads) or top agency networks.
  • Proven success in 0-to-1, high-growth environments and shaping product-market fit for brand advertising.
  • Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and senior agency leadership.
