Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead channel-specific paid social strategy for complex, multichannel accounts across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snap, and Pinterest
  • Serve as the day-to-day strategist for large, complex paid media accounts, aligning tactics with client objectives and measurement frameworks
  • Own the paid social component of client roadmaps, ensuring alignment with performance goals and creative strategy
  • Manage paid social budgets, performance delivery, forecasting, and profitability
  • Establish and evolve paid social processes and best practices using tools like Asana and Qontrol
  • Partner with Client Partners and activation teams to deliver cohesive strategies and approve content for deliverables
  • Act as the primary escalation point for paid social within your portfolio
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams through onboarding, coaching, and effective delegation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social advertising
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing strategic advisor roles
  • Mandatory B2B experience
  • Proven track record managing and scaling paid social for enterprise-level accounts
  • Deep proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Reddit
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Experience leading, managing, and developing teams with a focus on mentorship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence clients and internal partners
