Responsibilities

  • Report into the Director Sales, Mid-Market EMEA and lead a team of MM Sales Managers for UKI & MENA.
  • Attract, hire, retain high performing talent.
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture.
  • Coach, manage and develop sellers.
  • Develop processes that scale.
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing.
  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Deel’s quarterly/annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • 7+ years sales management experience.
  • 2+ years experience in second-line management.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data driven, with a strong growth mindset.
  • Experience selling into companies with 200-2000 employees.
