Responsibilities

• Assist the team with matters in the Middle East Region
• Work on cutting-edge deals and complex, cross-border transactions
• Provide practical, solutions-oriented advice to clients

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice
• Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials
• Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions
• Commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice
• English fluency (written and verbal) essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE
• Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
• Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution
• Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE
