Associate, Finance and Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the Monthly Business Review and OKR process end to end
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decisions
• Drive variance analysis on Opex and ensure business accountability
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability
• Identify and refine key business KPIs
• Develop scalable reporting materials and core financial infrastructure

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and strategic perspective

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL knowledge
• Experience with R and/or Python
