Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and vendor contracting
  • Drive payer trading partner agreements
  • Serve as Product Counsel for engineering teams
  • Improve legal workflows and automation
  • Partner with the Head of Legal and company leadership to translate legal expertise into business strategy

Requirements

  • Bar admission required
  • Extensive experience in healthcare law (BigLaw or in-house)
  • Ability to navigate regulatory and commercial complexity
  • Experience managing high-volume workloads
  • Strong communication and judgment skills
