Job description
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the client implementation process using established frameworks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage the transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales handover, including coordinating kick-off calls.
- Maintain project resources and keep both internal and external stakeholders updated on project stages and next steps.
- Act as a key liaison between multiple teams, such as product and engineering, to facilitate project alignment.
- Develop deep product knowledge to guide clients on product adoption and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and facilitate seamless handovers to the client's future Account Management and Customer Success teams.
- Gather and share customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Support teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Onboarding, or Implementation).
- Experience coordinating or supporting multiple projects and managing various stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong, well-structured communication skills.
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask targeted questions to understand client objectives and needs.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to explore solutions across different technical scenarios.

- Knowledge of how global organizations and startups operate.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of remote working dynamics and asynchronous workflows.
