Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects across all design stages, with a focus on detail design and construction documentation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and up to the highest technical standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and tender documentation with a strong understanding of regional practices.
  • Coordinate with internal (urban design, architecture, engineering) and external consultants for design integration and technical coherence.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior and mid-level landscape architects on technical detailing, documentation standards, and best practices.
  • Review and approve the team’s work, ensuring quality control and compliance with project and office standards.
  • Act as a key technical contact for clients and stakeholders, including participation in meetings, design reviews, and site visits to resolve design or construction issues.
  • Support in preparing technical reports, design narratives, and presentations.
  • Assist senior leadership in project proposals, fee development, and resource planning.
  • Contribute to strategic growth of the landscape team by identifying technical gaps and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture (MSc in Landscape preferred for Architecture graduates)
  • 12+ years experience in Landscape Architecture
