Associate, Learning & Effectiveness MENA

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics for regional training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, and venue booking
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance, content uploading, and data accuracy
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding learning programs
• Draft communications to promote new courses and learning pathways
• Assist in developing and formatting training materials and presentations
• Administer post-training feedback surveys and compile effectiveness reports
• Liaise with external training partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Emirati National with a family book (essential)
• Recent graduate or 0-2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field
