Responsibilities

• Assist with complex, cross-border transactions and legal matters within the Middle East region
• Provide practical, solutions-oriented commercial advice to clients
• Work within a diverse, international team to drive high-quality legal outcomes
• Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice in the evolving Dubai business landscape

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice
• Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials
• Proven track record handling complex, cross-border transactions
• High level of commercial acumen
• Full fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Middle East markets or a willingness to relocate to the UAE
• Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
• Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution
• Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE
