Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Create clear, structured PRDs, feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain accurate product documentation across Notion, Linear, and internal workflows
• Help maintain the product roadmap by sequencing work based on impact and complexity
• Manage sprint planning inputs and ensure teams have execution requirements
• Review builds before release and validate functionality against requirements
• Coordinate QA efforts and ensure defects are addressed quickly
• Use SQL and BI tooling to track success metrics and understand user behavior
• Drive alignment through clear communication and structured updates

Requirements

• 1–3 years of product management or product-adjacent experience
• Ability to produce crisp documentation and structure ambiguous problems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort digging into data using SQL basics and dashboards
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts
• High personal bar for product quality and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consumer apps, wellness, fitness, or creator products
• Experience in a startup environment with rapid iteration cycles
• Light design literacy in Figma
• Technical literacy regarding APIs and architecture basics
