Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for our product lines
• Analyze market data, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and growth initiatives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product growth success
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Facilitate agile product development processes aligned with company growth goals
• Engage with customers and conduct market research to better understand and advocate for user needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a growth-focused role in a tech environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork
• Deep interest in technology, product development, and market trends
• Agile and adaptable mindset
