As Africa's largest advice platform, we empower over 8,000 financial advisers to deliver holistic, personalised financial planning to the underserved mass affluent market.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategy and experiment priorities into well-scoped tickets, timelines, and delivered features
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the adviser productivity funnel and key metrics
  • Gather ongoing feedback from advisers and managers to identify pipeline failures
  • Own the alert and nudge pipeline end to end, including template creation and regulatory approval
  • Manage rollout logistics for new features and troubleshoot activation issues
  • Set up experiment infrastructure including cohort assignment and tracking configuration
  • Work with lead engineers to coordinate delivery sequencing, dependencies, and deployment schedules
  • Maintain a well-groomed backlog with clear acceptance criteria

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent
  • Analytical, data-driven, and critical thinker
  • Exposure to a commercial or customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a technical context
  • Business acumen and understanding of business profitability
  • Comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior executives
