Our modular, API-first platform helps businesses streamline spending, improve cash flow, and integrate payments into their financial workflows. Responsibilities

  • Support the roadmap and execution for Pliant’s card domain across customer-facing features and internal platform capabilities
  • Own smaller product areas and improvements end-to-end, from problem definition to rollout
  • Partner closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
  • Help improve card issuance and management workflows, including validations and business logic
  • Contribute to core card lifecycle capabilities such as issuance, status changes, and expiration handling
  • Work on transaction processing and authorization flows with a focus on correctness and reliability
  • Support the development of spend controls, fraud-prevention mechanisms, and card-security features
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as issuance success rate, authorization success rate, and latency
  • Use data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in product management or a similar tech role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs and backend workflows
  • Ability to write clear requirements and communicate ideas structurally
  • Hands-on mindset and strong ownership mentality
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to card issuing, payment processing, fraud, or regulated financial products
  • Knowledge of other European languages
