UniCourt is a Legal Data as a Service (LDaaS) company dedicated to unlocking the potential of court data for Am Law 200 firms and Fortune 500 companies. Delivered via the only API-first platform in the legal technology market, UniCourt provides real-time state and federal court data for legal analytics.

Responsibilities

• Investigate data discrepancies and gaps using Kibana and internal monitoring tools
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to track ETAs, issue resolution, and product deliverables
• Create and maintain product documentation and bug tracking within Jira
• Research court document availability and coverage for internal stakeholders
• Triage requests for manual case imports from PACER and other supported courts
• Assist with tracking operational costs associated with bots and subscriptions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of product management or product operations experience
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• JD, legal background, or Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree
• Experience within legal technology
• Familiarity with court systems or litigation workflows
• Experience using Jira, Google Workspace, or Kibana
