Associate Product Manager - Whiteshield

Responsibilities

• Develop a product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals.
• Participate in discovery activities such as client and internal stakeholder sessions to define and break down policy problems and ideate product solutions.
• Conduct competitor, user, and market research to inform product decisions.
• Design and conduct experiments to verify requirements.
• Gather and define business requirements, translating them into specifications for engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Take ownership of your team’s product from ideation through development, testing, launch, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX design to define customer journeys and create great user experiences.
• Monitor product performance, building a data ecosystem using KPIs and data analytics to drive improvement.
• Work closely with policy, product, engineering, design, QA, operations, and company leadership to make informed product decisions and achieve results.
• Manage interactions with client counterparts on the product side as necessary.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; client/stakeholder management experience.
• Preferably some proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, etc.
