Responsibilities

• Participate in client calls alongside clinicians to communicate research findings and support decision-making
• Analyze patient medical records, including data extraction and tracking of lab values and clinical outcomes
• Identify, review, and analyze medical literature across clinical and research topics
• Interpret molecular diagnostics and laboratory tests to support patient care decisions
• Research, evaluate, and prioritize treatment options and investigational approaches
• Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials through database searching and site contact
• Create patient education documents including written reports, presentations, and charts

Requirements

• PhD in a science or healthcare field
• Early career professional experience in complex medical disorders (e.g., autoimmune, immunology, virology, chronic illness, infectious disease, or rheumatology)
• Strong research capabilities using PubMed and Google Scholar
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client advisory roles
• Ability to make rapid decisions in the face of ambiguity
