Associate Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products including Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, and Broadcom IGA.
• Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and learn from their expertise.
• Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn about identity management and endpoint protection.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Exposure to or interest in technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft PKI, Proofpoint, or Broadcom Symantec.
