Associate, Senior Associate & Policy Advisor

Responsibilities

Depending on the level of the role, responsibilities include:

• Driving evidence-based strategies from analysis to implementation
• Working across sectors including education, labour, ESG, innovation, and trade
• Building analytical models and presenting insights directly to policymakers
• Leading advanced research and analytical modelling to solve economic and policy issues
• Translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Mentoring junior colleagues and guiding project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, research, or policy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to relocate to the UAE or KSA
• Availability to join full-time in Autumn 2025

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language fluency
• Experience in high-stakes stakeholder engagement
• Proven track record in economic modelling or forecasting
